Portugal-based defender Edward Sarpong has revealed that his current team Farense gives its players individual training programs to keep themselves fit during their self isolation period.
The 23 year old is currently on loan from Portimonense and played 14 games for the club before the competitions in Portugal were suspended.
Speaking to Sunyani-based radio station, Ark FM, he reveals how he has been keeping fit during his self isolation period in Portugal.
"For my team, they give every individual a training program 24 hours prior and you have to do it on your own so when you are in your room, you get it done so that so you keep fit until further notice."
He also revealed the severity of the situation in Portugal.
"The virus has become a menace in Portugal. A lot of people have died because of it."
