Myron Boadu named in potential Eredivisie ‘Team of the Year’

Dutch-born Ghanaian international Myron Boadu has been named amongst the best 11 players that would make the Eredivisie ‘Team of the Year’ if the season was to be declared over due to the Coronavirus.

The Covid-19 has been declared a pandemic and has forced countries and their football federations to suspend almost every league around the world.

The Netherlands has been no different after confirming 4,749 cases and 213 deaths.

While they await football to return, a poll has been conducted to come up with the best 11 players that will make it onto the ‘team of the year’ should the season end this way.

AZ Alkmaar forward Myron Boadu who has been a sensation all season makes it onto that list after amassing 52 percent of the votes. With goal 14 goals to his name, he leads the attack of the Eredivisie team of the year with support from Steven Berghuis and Oussama Idrissi on the flanks.
