In Vorskla Poltava's 1-0 loss away to Ahrobiznes Volochysk in the Ukrainian Cup on Wednesday, Najeeb Yakubu featured at the Yunist.
The 20-year-old, who was dispatched to the left, haunted Ahrobiznes Volochysk down the left side, but his performance was not enough to secure victory for Vorskla.
Ahrobiznes Volochysk scored through Yuri Romanyukin the 26th minute hitting a freekick in to the net.
After recess Vorskla Poltava created some opportunities to get back into the game but their forwards failed to take the chances.

The match ended 1-0, and this loss means Vorskla Poltava failed to progress in the Ukrainian Cup.
