CEO of Asante Kotoko, Nana Yaw Amponsah, has given his vote of confidence to current head coach Maxwell Konadu.
Konadu made a return to the Porcupine Warriors at the beginning of the 2019/20 season after serving with the Black Stars and Black Stars B.
The tactician previously won the league with Kotoko in 2012. He has faced a number of criticisms since his return but Amponsah says he has faith in him.
"I have absolute confidence in coach Maxwell Konadu. I have been a scout for years, and so knows the kind of support that I need to give our technical team to excel," he stated in Kotoko's press briefing on Tuesday.
Konadu is expected to lead the side in the CAF Champions League qualifiers and Premier League later this year.
