Accra Hearts of Oak goalkeepers’ trainer, Nassam Yakubu, claims he is in limbo about his future at the club, following the resignation of Yaw Preko as interim coach.
According to earlier media reports, Nassam was on the verge of submitting his resignation letter to the club’s management but, the goalkeepers’ trainer has rubbished such claims, insisting he is yet to make a final decision on his future with the club.
“I have not yet reached a conclusion about my future at the club. I will communicate with management with regards to my stance by close of week, but for now, I’m still the goalkeepers’ trainer of the club.”
The former Black Stars goalkeeper’s trainer joined the Phobians last season together with Yaw Preko and recent reports suggest he will be included in the new Hearts of Oak technical team ahead of the 2016/2017 season.
