New Asante Kotoko signing Kwame Opoku has insisted that he is not worried about the delay in his debut caused by the suspension of the Ghana Premier League.
Opoku completed a three year move to the Porcupine Warriors on February 2020 after a successful three-week trial at the club.
He revealed that he had trained really hard for his debut but added that God knows best.
"I looked forward to my debut game but I was not the least disappointed when it did not happen," Kwame Opoku told Kotoko Express App.
"I trained so hard and was so close to making it when the pandemic broke. But, I am not worried about the development because God knows best and knows why it happened this way."
