Premier league side Newcastle United has announced the contract extension of Sean Longstaff on Monday, 6 December.
Sean, 21, signed a new 4-year deal.Keeping him with the 'Magpies till 2022.He was a product of Newcastle United Academy.
Sean after putting pen on paper revealed why he rose through the ranks of the club straight from the U-18 to U-23 and making it to the senior team proper.
“I’m a local lad, I’m from Newcastle and they’re the team I supported growing up,” said Longstaff.“The fact they’ve seen enough in me, and the manager has seen enough in me to give me a new deal is great".
“I’m just hoping to build on that now, keep working hard and see what happens in the future", he said to the press.
Sean Longstaff made his competitive debut for Newcastle early this year, making appearance in the Carabao Cup second round tie at Nottingham Forest.
