Ghanaian defender Richard Ocran can't wait to face Asante Kotoko in the CAF Confederation Cup Group Stage.

Ocran's side Nkana FC have been paired with Asante Kotoko in group C of the CAF Confederations Cup.

The former Dreams FC and Ashantigold defender says he was looking forward for that fixture against the Porcupine Warriors.

Nkana FC were booted out of the CAF Champions League but brushed aside Ivorian club San Pedro to reach the group stages of the CAF Confederations Cup.

“I am feeling very happy as we are in the same Group with Kotoko, it will be an exciting clash and I am really looking forward to both legs,” Ocran told footballmadeinghana.com.

“It has been good for us in the Confederations Cup, yesterday we went away to draw against San Pedro after winning the first leg 3-0. It was not an easy game as they were determined to overturned the scoreline," he added.

Nkana FC were runners up in the Zambian top flight league last season and find themselves in the same group with champions Zesco United as well as Sudanese giants Al Hilal Omdurman.
