OFFICIAL: Forward Myron Boadu joins AS Monaco on five-year deal

Ligue 1 giants, AS Monaco have completed the signing of Dutch forward of Ghanaian descent, Myron Boadu in the ongoing transfer window.

Boadu has penned a five-year deal with the club from Dutch Eredivisie outfit AZ Alkmaar.

"AS Monaco and AZ Alkmaar (Eredivisie, Dutch first division) have reached an agreement for the transfer of Myron Boadu. The Amsterdam-born centre-forward, who has already played with the national team (1 cap and 1 goal), has signed a contract with AS Monaco until 30 June 2026," the club announced on their official website.

The talented striker in the last two seasons has established himself as one of the fast-rising young attackers in Europe with his performances for AZ Alkmaar.

Last season in the 2020/21 Dutch Eredivisie, Myron Boadu made 31 appearances for AZ, scored 15 goals, and assisted once.
