Spanish second-tier side Sporting Gijon has completed the signing Isaac Coffie ahead of the upcoming season.
The Ghana international signed a two-year deal with the Red and Whites lads on a free transfer after ending his six years stay at Italian Serie A club Genoa.
The club official statement reads, "Midfielder Isaac Cofie (Accra, Ghana, September 20, 1991) has become the last reinforcement to arrive at Sporting for next season."
"He measures 1.84 meters, weighs 75 kilos and comes from Genoa in Italy, the country where he has developed most of his professional sports career."
The 26-year-old featured for several clubs in Italy including Torino, Piacenza Calcio, Sassuolo Calcio, Chievo Verona and Carpi.
Cofie scored three goals with three assists in his 119 Serie A appearances for Genoa.
