OFFICIAL: Ghana youth star Kingsley Fobi joins CD Badajoz on loan

Ghanaian International, Kingsley Fobi has completed a loan move from English Premier League side Watford to Spanish third-tier side CD Badajoz.

The 21-year old defender spent last season on-loan at UD Ibiza and is set for yet another loan spell in the upcoming season to ensure he gets a lot of playing time to help his development.

Having completed the season-long loan from the Hornets, a statement from CD Badajoz noted, “CD Badajoz makes official the cession of the right-handed Kingsley Fobi”.

“The Ghanaian footballer who played last season at UD Ibiza comes on loan from English Watford and will strengthen with muscle and talent at the black and white right-back”.

The Ghanaian is highly rated and has been tipped to become an asset for the national team in the future,

He is currently a part of the Ghana U-23 squad and has made two appearances in the 2019 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations qualifiers.

He will be hoping to help his new club to glory in the 2019/2020 season.
