OFFICIAL: Midfielder Samuel Alabi signs for Swiss club FC Luzern

Ghanaian youngster Samuel Alabi has signed for Swiss Super League outfit FC Luzern in the ongoing summer transfer window.

The 20-year old moved from Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC to F.C. Ashdod in the summer transfer window of 2019.

After impressing in the past year, Samuel Alabi has now been signed by FC Luzern on a 4-year contract.

“Samuel Alabi is moving from FC Ashdod (Israel) to Central Switzerland with immediate effect. The 20-year-old Ghanaian today signed a contract that will run until June 30, 2024, and will intensify the FC Luzern offensive in the future”, a statement from the Swiss side to confirm the signing of the midfielder has said.

The player is expected to spend the next week in quarantine and will resume training with his new teammates after testing negative for the Coronavirus disease.
