Oliseh handed injury boost for World Cup qualifier as Kenneth Omeruo resumes training
Turkey based Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo

Nigeria international Kenneth Omeruo has resumed training with Kas?mpa?a SK ahead of their Super Lig clash against Bursaspor on Saturday.

The Chelsea loanee has not been available for selection since September 28 when he had to be substituted in the ninth minute versus Rizespor after picking up a muscle injury .

But Kas?mpa?a’s medics have extensively worked on Omeruo’s treatment and there is hope that he may feature against Bursaspor, assuming he does not suffer another setback.

The news of Omeruo’s return to practice will be sweet music to the ears of Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh, whose options in the defense are limited ahead of the national team’s World Cup qualifiers against Swaziland next month.

The recently - turned - 22 - year - old played 6 games in the Superlig before his spell on the sidelines.
