Other clubs owe Ghanaian players- Eleven Wonders owner snaps at critics

Nana Ameyaw, the bankroller of Techiman Eleven Wonders has stated that his club is not the only one owing players.

It has been reported that the Techiman-based side have been owing their players since October 2020 and are yet to settle them.

When he was asked about the situation, he stated the impact of COVID-19 as the reason for the problem.

“In this covid-19 time we are not the only club that owed players in Ghana, a team in the premier league owed their players for almost 8 months so why XI Wonders has been the topic in the media,” Nana Ameyaw told Atinka FM.

“I have provided accommodation for the players very close to their training centre with water and food at least I’m doing my best for them” He added.

Eleven Wonders have won just two games this campaign.
