Aduana Stars coach Yaw Acheampong has said his tactics worked to perfection, hence the resounding win over Bibiani Goldstars on Monday.

The Ogya Boys thrashed Bibiani Goldstars 3-0 at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park in matchday 10 encounter to reclaim the top spot. They lead the table with 21 points.

Two goals from winger Emmanuel Gyamfi and another from in-form Isaac Mintah in the first half ensured the three points remained in Dormaa Ahenkro.

“We knew they are a strong side so we decided to hold the ball as much as we can and then use the spaces and our plan worked to perfection” he said.

Explaining the club’s impressive performance, he said, “It’s a lot, the supporters, directors of the club, the playing body and even the media have all contributed. It’s a team work and we are all achieving our goal. We are trying to bring a lot of competition in the team and I think that is helping us a lot. The players are ready and determined to deliver, as a player of Aduana, you have to grab your chance when you get the opportunity to start”

Aduana Stars are away to Karela United in the matchday 11 of the Ghana Premier League.
