President of Berekum Arsenal, Alhaji Yakubu Moro has threatened to resort to court if the Ethics Committee of GFA decides to punish him over his comments.
The Ethics Committee has invited the veteran football administrator to substantive his allegations he made against the Ghana FA Executive Council relating to the disbursement of the FIFA/CAF Covid-19 relief funds.
Yakubu Moro is alleged to have told Kumasi based Light FM that the Executive Council members have planned to enrich themselves through the sharing of the COVID-19 relief funds.
But the outspoken administrator says he will heads to court should he be punished.
"I haven’t and will never regret what I said. I have nothing to explain again. I will repeat exactly what I said if I meet the committee,” Alhaji Moro told OTEC FM.
"I will go to court if the GFA decide to punish me over my comment because I see nothing wrong with what I said.
"The way the GFA disbursed the funds was wrong, they should have met us [the clubs] before,” he added.
