Gazişehir Gaziantep F.K. has included Ghanaian international, Patrick Twumasi in their squad to face Fenerbahçe in their opening match of the 2019/2020 Super Lig season on Monday.
The player has been named by head coach Marius Șumudică and has traveled with the team in their bid to amass first three points of the season when they lock horns with their opponent.
Patrick Twumasi, 25, completed his season-long loan move to the Turkish club last week following a difficult 2018/2019 season with Spanish La Liga side Deportivo Alaves.
He opted to join Gazişehir Gaziantep F.K. in hopes of enjoying regular playing time when the upcoming season starts in Turkey.
The former Astana winger trained with his new club in the last couple of days and looks set to be handed a role when they take on the Istanbul-based club.
Twumasi is expected to play alongside fellow Ghanaians Aziz Tetteh and Raman Chibsah. The duo also made the trip for the crucial game against Fenerbahçe.
