It has not been smooth-sailing for Leroy Sanesince his summer switch toManchester City for £37min the summer.
The German international Sane arrived from Bundesliga side Schalke in early August, and hasonly started two Premier Leaguegames for Pep Guardiola's side this season.
Speaking to theDaily Mail,Sane's manager Guardiola admits it may take the winger longer to acclimatise: "Sometimes you need a bit more time to adapt," explained Guardiola, "to know the way that we play, to feel okI am here, I am good enough to play.
"He didn't come here for three months, he came here for five or six years. He is a huge talent, his physical condition is fast one on one -I just want to help him to put it in the right moment and show us his qualities."
Sane has not appeared in the Premier League since late October, in a 1-1 draw against Southampton. The pacy wingerdid, however, manage to obtain an assist during thedisappointing game for his side.
City midfielderand Sane's fellow GermanIlkay Gundogan insists his teammate will eventually set the Premier League alight.

In an interview withKicker26-year-old Gundogan said: "It is only normal that Leroy is still finding his feet at Manchester City.I think Leroy has the character and personality to cope with this situation. He is confident and is well aware of his own qualities."
Gundogan has been on scintillatingform since also joining City in the summer. andwas quick to highlightsimilarities in Sane's current situation to his own past.
"You can see that he is still a bit shy, but he is still only 20. I went through a similar situation when I joined Dortmund from Nurnberg, so I know how he feels", explained Gundogan.
"He will do his own thing and he will do so here at Manchester City as well. I am giving him all the support he needs."
Sane is said to bereceiving frequent visits from family, in a bidto help his situation. Hehas definitely got the talent to cut-it in the Premier League and hopefully his mother's visits will get the young, German international settled into the blue side of Manchester sooner rather than later.
