Ghana’s Black Galaxies have started training in Austria as part of preparations for the clash against Nigeria in the qualifiers for the 2023 CHAN tournament.
The Black Galaxies arrived in Austria over the weekend for the week-long training to prepare for the Championship of African Nations (CHAN) final round qualifiers against Nigeria
During the team’s stay in Austria, the Black Galaxies will play against World Cup host Qatar on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 - a match that would give the team the right test for the 1st leg against Nigeria in Cape Coast.
Today, the team led by head coach Annor Walker has trained. The Black Galaxies have stepped up training and hope to secure good results from the scheduled friendly matches.
The team will return to Ghana on Thursday before the first leg of the CHAN qualifier against Nigeria at the Cape Coast Stadium.
