Premier League Captains set minimum wage Salary to Normalization Committee

Hierarchy of Ghana Premier League teams meet GFA Normalization Committee to deliberate on player welfare and payment structures on Monday, 10 December.

The meeting with both parties were the first ever since the committee assumed into office. However, it ended successful our portal confirms.

Though, the meeting was not to full house of the representative of teams captains from each club of the sixteen teams in the Ghana Premier League.But decision were meet.

Captains of the clubs proposed to the Normalization Committee set to stable and ensure the game is brought to normalcy before March next year

Minimum salary of Gh¢2000 per month for each premier league team player was put to the committee waiting to be considered for the betterment of the players and also put end to player exodus.

The meeting was held at the Alisa Hotel in Accra.
