Coach Maxwell Konadu and his charges defeated Nigeria 4-1 to lift the trophy on Sunday at the Cape Coast Stadium.
The president who wasn't in the country to honour the final game of the tournament, took to his Twitter handle to congratulate the entire team and management for their success.
