The President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, inspected the progress of work at the Nyinahin Multipurpose Youth and Sports Centre of Excellence.
The facility located in the Atwima Mponua constituency of the Ashanti Region is one of as many as 10 being constructed in various regions in the country to promote the development of sports in the country.
Keen on seeing the completion of all Youth and Sports Centres of Excellence, President Nana Addo joined the Minister of Sports, Hon. Isaac Asiamah to inspect the state of the facility.
The facility is boasting of a FIFA standard pitch, an 8-lane tartan tracks, basketball, tennis, and volleyball court, as well as a restaurant and gymnasium among many other facilities.
