Pyramids FC honour John Antwi after netting 100 goals in Egypt

Ghana striker John Antwi has been honored by Pyramids FC for becoming the first foreign player to score 100 goals in the Egyptian Premier League.

On September 6, the highly-rated attacker was on the scoresheet for Pyramids FC when the team suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of El-Gouna SC on the road.

That goal ultimately meant that he has scored 100 goals in the Egyptian top-flight league.

In a bid to reward the marksman, Pyramids FC has honored John Antwi while urging him to keep scoring.

“Congratulations to our great striker John Antwi To skip it 100 A goal in all competitions since his arrival in Egypt!

“We expect a lot from you to come”, a post on the Twitter page of the club has said.

Since reaching the centenary of goals, John Antwi has added 2 more after netting a brace in his last outing against Wadi Degla FC on Wednesday evening.
