Ghanaian international Rabiu Mohammed will see his contract with Paris FC expiring this summer during a period where the Coronavirus has halted the football season.
The defensive midfielder secured a move to the French Ligue 2 club at the beginning of the 2019/2020 season on a one-year deal.
With the season originally expected to expire before June 30, the midfielder was set to see out his contract in hopes of getting a contract extension.
Due to the pandemic, football in France including the lower division has been suspended. In line with that, it is uncertain whether Rabiu Mohammed will be handed an extension or not.
It is now understood that he is considering his options and might opt for a move away from Paris FC in the next transfer window.
Meanwhile, he could sign a short deal with the club to complete the 2019/2020 season which could eat into June/July before leaving.
Rabiu this season has featured in 14 appearances and has one goal to his name in the French Ligue 2.
