Ghana striker Raphael Dwamena will not be available for Ghana and Congo World Cup qualifier at the Baba Yara Stadium on Friday.
Dwamena has asked to be excused as he seek a second opinion in Europe after failing a medical test in connection with his move to English Premiership side Brighton last week.
This comes as a huge blow to coach Kwasi Appiah following his impressive showing for his club.
Dwamena has become a household name and the Kumasi fans would have loved to see him after an impressive Ghana debut against Ethiopia last June.
