Former Ebusua Dwarfs defender Rashid Sumaila has presented some items to his former club after a visit to their training ground on Tuesday morning.

The Kuwaiti based defender gave them items which included footballs equipment such as footballs, cones and bibs, as well as mineral water and energy drinks.

Dwarfs have been struggling in the ongoing Ghana Premier League as they have managed just two wins and lie bottom of the table with just 10 points.

This according to Sumaila does not fit the status of the club, hence the donation is to motivate them turn things around.

Speaking to the media after the donation, Rashid said “I played here before travelling so anytime I am on holidays, I still feel part of the team.”

“This is just to show the team that I am still part of them and to motivate them to win against Aduana,” he added.

Rashid Sumaila is also promised the team of a nice package if they win their next Ghana Premier League game with Aduana Stars on Wednesday.
