Ghana and Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Majeed Ashimeru was pleased to score for his side win their 4-1 win over Austria Vienna on Saturday.
The 21-year-old equalised for Salzburg in the 35th minute after Albert Vallci’s own goal had given Austria Vienna the lead in the 2nd minute of the game.
A brace from Sekou Koita and Masaya Okugawa’s second half strike ensured Red Bull Salzburg picked up all three points to consolidate their advantage at the summit of the Bundesliga standings.
Ashimeru lasted the entire duration of the game with scintillating performance.
