Ghana and Reading FC defender Andy Yiadom says the club's first-team players are ready to face Leeds United at Elland Roads in the English Championship on Saturday.
The Royals are highly-motivated ahead of the clash after thrashing Sheiffied Wednesday 3-0 last Saturday to move to 15th on the league table with 42 points.
Speaking ahead of the game, Yiadom says his side is fully focused on the task ahead.
"There’s a lot of history in the stadium and they are a team that are doing extremely well. Everyone’s looking forward to going up there and putting in a performance," he told the Press ahead of Saturday’s encounter.
"To be honest, the game is not different to any other games in terms of preparation. We’re not any more focused, we just highlight the things we need to do to go there and put in a performance."
He added, "Personally, I’m excited to try and get a run together and some results in back-to-back games and keep moving forward and seeing how many points we can get before the end of the season.
"Having said that, we’re still only 11 points above the relegation – we’ve still got to try and kick on. You don’t want to stay in the middle of the league all season, we want to win as many games as possible."
Yiadom has made 18 appearances in the Championship and scored one goal for the Royals this term.
