Ghana striker Samuel Tetteh has embraced what he describes as a tough challenge ahead of him at new club Red Bull Salzburg.

The 20-year-old signed a four year deal with the Austrian side on Wednesday after passing a medical.

Tetteh leaves Ghana premier league side WAFA where he scored five goals in the first half of the season.

“I am very happy to sign for Red Bull Salzburg, excited about this move because i believe this is the right place for me to develop as a player,” he told Joy FM.

“I know people are going to expect more from me and i am ready for this challenge.”

Samuel Tetteh’s performance in the last three years has seen him play for the Black Satellites, Black Meteors, Local Black Stars and the Black Stars team A.
