Real Madrid eyeing AC Milan youngster

Despite three wins from three in La Liga this season, Real Madrid are still seeking striking reinforcements and have reportedly earmarked AC Milan youngster Patrick Cutrone as a potential new signing.

Los Blancos lost Cristiano Ronaldo to reigning Serie A champions Juventus during the summer, but still have the likes of Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale to call upon at the Santiago Bernabeau.

However, according to Don Balon, new coach Julen Lopetegui has told president Florentino Perez that the he requires greater attacking depth if they are to wrestle the Spanish title from Barcelona this term.

The 2018 Champions League winners had already been linked with Rossoneri schemer Suso during the summer, but the former Spanish international coach has a greater appetite for Cutrone.

The 20-year-old was a target for Lopetegui when he was coach of Porto between 2014 and 2016, but it is unlikely that Milan have changed their desire to retain the Italian international at all costs.
