Liverpool's charismatic manager doesn't do much by the book. After witnessing his team succumb to one of the most remarkable capitulations in Premier League history on Sunday - conceding three goals in the last 15 minutes to lose 4-3 to Bournemouth - many would have expected the boss to come down hard on his squad. Not Klopp.

The German, however, chose to whisk his humbled Reds squad over to Catalonia, Spain, for a two-day camp andsome warmer weather training.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Klopp said, "It's absolutely a deserved win for Bournemouth - congratulations on this performance and this big fight. I think for a long part of the game we were the better side, but in the decisive moment we gave the game away. We opened the door and Bournemouth ran through with all they had.

"They stayed in the game and scored some wonderful goals, which they forced, so it's absolutely deserved".

The defeat moved Bournemouth into the top 10, while Liverpool remain third, four points off league leaders Chelsea.

Klopp can only hope that the sunnier climate will have the desired effect on his charges and reinvigorate their title charge.
