REVEALED: Al-Fayha paid $3 million to sign Samuel Owusu

Footballghana.com can report that Saudi Arabian side Al-Fayha FC paid a whopping $3 million to sign Ghanaian international Samuel Owusu from Serbian side Čukarički.

The nimble-footed attacker completed his move to the top-flight side on Monday evening following successful negotiations between the two parties.

He has penned a three-year deal and is expected to boost the attacking third of the Saudi Arabian side in the 2019/2020 season.

According to checks made by footballghana.com, Al-Fayha paid $3 million to secure the services of the left-footed winger.

Prior to his transfer, he had been linked with moves to French Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain and Olympic Marseille.

He is a former player of Serbian side Radnik Sordolica and recently represented Ghana at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations where he helped the Black Stars to reach the round of 16 stage.
