Asante Kotoko striker Richard Arthur is eyeing more goals after scoring his first goal for the club in the Caf Champions League first leg against Etoile Du Sahel on Sunday.

Arthur's second-half effort sealed a 2-0 home win for the Porcupine Warriors at the Baba Yara Stadium.

The former Wa All Stars attacker expressed his delight after scoring his first goal and promised the fans to expect more goal from him.

“I feel good,” he told the Kotoko Express App.

“As a striker, you need to step up to the stage in big games like this. I am very happy that the floodgate of my goals has finally opened and I hope it continues,” Arthur prayed.

“All that I was craving for was my first goal for Asante Kotoko and thankfully, I had it, so the supporters should expect more from me because more goals will follow,” he added.

Kotoko will travel to Tunisia for the return leg on September 27.

The winner after the two legs will advance to the group stages of the competition.
