Striker Richmond Boakye Yiadom has revealed that he wants to play for Asante Kotoko before hanging his boots.
The Black Stars asset as reported by footballghana.com last week, has parted ways with Serbian giants Red Star Belgrade.
Speaking in an interview with Happy FM today, Richmond Boakye Yiadom has opened up on the Ghana Premier League club he wants to play for before retiring.
According to the attacker, he is a fan of Asante Kotoko and will play for them before calling it time.
“I am an Ashanti and will play for Asante Kotoko before I retire”, the striker shared.
He continued, “I am a fan of the club and definitely I will play for at least a year before I retire. If you want to play for Kotoko you have to train harder and be consistent.”
Richmond Boakye Yiadom, 27, has a lot of experience under his sleeves having played for teams like Genoa, Juventus, Atalanta, as well as Jiangsu Suning in the past.
