Right to Dream Academy has announced the appointment of Ben Garner as the new head coach of the International Academy (IA).

The Englishman brings extensive experience to the role, having coached and managed at both academy and professional levels within the Premier League and English Football League.

His impressive resume includes positions at Crystal Palace, West Bromwich Albion, and Charlton Athletic, along with a long-term mentorship role in the Premier League's coach development program.

Garner takes over from Djimi Traoré, who served as head coach for nearly three years. Traoré played a crucial role in mentoring student-athletes, many of whom progressed to play for FC Nordsjælland and other professional clubs.

His appointment signifies more than just experience; it embodies a shared vision that aligns with Right to Dream's core values.

Garner champions a holistic approach to player development, emphasizing the importance of creating a nurturing environment.

He believes that partnering with young talent and providing high-quality coaching will cultivate not only skilled footballers but also well-rounded individuals.
