Ghana Premier League side, Ashanti Gold SC have appointed French manager Romain Folz as their head coach, according to 442gh.com.
Folz has penned a deal with the club after successful negotiations.
The Miners are without a substantive coach after parting ways with Serbian trainer Milovan Cirkovi, who left the club due to health reasons after being off the pitch for close to two weeks.
The former Bechem United coach recently managed French side Chamois Niortais FC.
He previously managed Bechem United, churning out good results and high-quality football last year.
Ashanti Gold finished the first round 10th on the league table with 22 points.
His first game in charge of the Miners will be against league leaders Karela United on April 2, 2021.
