Ghanaian international, Ropapa Mensah was named ‘Man of the Match’ in Nashville’s 2-0 victory against Loudoun United in the United Soccer League (USL) in the past weekend.

The in-from attacker was handed another start for his club on Saturday when they traveled to Leesburg, Virginia to play as a guest to their match week 31 opponent of the ongoing campaign.

He impressed throughout the match and managed to find the back of the net whiles providing a key assist that gave the winners the lead.

His 55th-minute strike served as an insurance goal for Nashville after Daniel Ríos had opened the scoring on the 19th minute in the first half.

The team eventually bagged all 3 points, ensuring that they go top of the USL Eastern Conference ahead of the play-off season.

The former Ghana youth stay was substituted on the 70th minute but still earned the man of the match accolade at the end of proceedings.
