Ropapa Mensah on target in Nashville SC’s win against North Carolina FC

Ghanaian international Ropapa Mensah was on target on Sunday morning when his Nashville SC side posted a 2-0 victory against North Carolina in the United Soccer League (USL) Championship.

The forward has been an integral part of the side since the side of the season and was called upon to feature when they welcomed their opponent to the LP Field.

He opened the scoring for Nashville with a thumping header after rising highest to connect to a corner kick from Lebogang Moloto.

That goal sent the winners into the first half break with a deserved lead before a 70th-minute strike from Lebogang Moloto wrapped up the victory.

Ropapa Mensah, formerly of Inter Allies lasted 66 minutes before he was replaced by Taylor Washington.
