Former BA United CEO Roy Arthur has received the backing of some fans of Hearts to become the next Managing Director of the club.

The Board of Directors of the club will meet today to decide on who should replace outgoing acting managing director Vincent Sowah Odotei.

And since then, several names have been speculated as possible replacements for the Member of Parliament but some key members of the supporting wing of the club  believes  the  young  Central region  Football Association chairman Roy Arthur should be given the nod for a new direction  in the club.

“Football is now dynamic in terms player sale, modern administrative structures and as well a young person to steer the affairs of the club. For a young man to solely qualify BA United to the elite league and even went on to transfer over ten players after a season and securing major sponsors for the club this should tell you Hearts will go far with Roy Arthur”, Fans told Starr Sports.

Meanwhile, there are names like Herbert Mensah, Randy Abbey and Ato Quaquarine all coming up for the MD position
