Hearts of Lions have completed the signing of highly-rated defender Ruben Hennessy.
Hennessy joins the Ghana Premier League returnees after leaving Tema Youth.
The experienced centre-back has signed a three-year deal with the Kpando-based side ahead of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.
Ruben Hennessy was one of the most talented defenders in the division one league last season and was heavily linked to numerous clubs including Hearts of Oak.
He joined Tema Youth FC from division two outfit Real Athletico in March 2020 and was a significant member of the team.
Hennessy played an integral role for Tema Youth aiding the side to a second spot in his first season, formed a formidable pair with Philip Ofori and conceded 15 goals in 30 games.
Hearts of Lions have gained promotion to play in the Ghana Premier League next season and are determined to compete and maintain their status in the topflight.
