Ghana Premier League side, Samartex FC have strengthened their squad with another signing this evening.
In an official club statement, it has confirmed that defender Desmond Gyabeng has been signed from lower-tier outfit Akosombo Krystal Palace.
The centre-back has been recruited to bolster the defense of Samartex FC ahead of the start of the 2023/24 football season.
“Introducing our latest addition to the squad, Desmond Gyabeng! We are thrilled to welcome this exceptional ball-playing centre-back, who joins us from Akosombo Krystal Palace,” the club statement from Samartex FC said.
Early in the morning, Samartex FC also announced the acquisition of Samuel Tetteh from Tema Youth FC.
The club is working on several other deals in a bid to put together a formidable squad for the upcoming campaign.
