Hearts of Oak attacking midfielder, Samudeen Ibrahim has acknowledged the impact Kenichi Yatsuhashi had on him prior to his sacking.
The former King Solomon FC witty midfielder joined the team in the off-season, and became a hit in the side's set-up, but had to suffer an ankle injury in the first match of the season against New Edubase United at the Accra sports stadium.
And upon his return from injury, Kenichi Yatsuhashi was just three matches away from being axed from the club's fold, but Samudeen noted that the early season workout with the Japanese tactician did improve him as a player.
"I think Kenichi Yatsuhashi improved my game and i'll say he's the coach who has thought me so much in my career. On the tactical aspect of the game, he was perfect, likewise his communication skills. He knew how to get the best out of every player because of how he guided us in training and matches.Everything was perfect with him."
"Yaw Preko came and did his best for me and my colleagues, but i think his best wasn't enough.I think he also influenced my game when he was appointed because he's played at the highest level before and understands how players think in some certain things in the game, but i believe i learnt a lot more from Kenichi."
