Samuel Asamoah finishes Belgium premiership amongst top scorers at Sint-Truidense

Ghanaian international Samuel Asamoah finished the Belgian Jupiler Pro League season as one of the top scorers for his Sint-Truidense V.V. club.

The attacker who joined the club in 2017 as a free agent impressed throughout the 2019/2020 campaign which eventually had to be ended due to the Coronavirus pandemic with one round of match to spare.

Assessing the outputs of players at Sint-Truidense, Samuel Asamoah has been included. He is ranked as the joint third highest scorer for the club which found of the back of the bet 33 times.

Striker Yohan Boli emerged as the club’s top scorer with 11 goals even though he earned a transfer to Qatari side Al-Rayyan in the January transfer window.

Yuma Suzuki came in as the second-highest goal scorer as he chipped in with as many as 7 goals.

Sint-Truidense Captain Jordan Botaka and Ghana’s Samuel Asamoah ties at 3rd and 4th with both contributing four goals apiece.

Other players who also found the back of the net for the club include Alexandre De Bruyn, Pol Garcia, Jorge Teixeira, Chris Durkin, Hamza Masoudi, Mory Konaté, and Facundo Colidio

Samuel Asamoah, 26, will hope to improve his numbers when the Belgian Jupiler Pro League returns next season when the Coronavirus storm passes.
