Head coach of Hearts of Oak, Samuel Boadu has set his sight on a win over Karela United at Aiyinase.

The Phobians will be hosted by Karela at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park in Aiyinase on Sunday, April 25 in the matchday 21 games.

Hearts of Oak returned to winning ways over the weekend and Boadu is aiming for a win over Karela.

“We are planning towards the Karela game," he said.

"Our final preparation will determine what will happen over there.

The former Medeama gaffer also made a passionate appeal to the supporters to keep supporting the club because it is not easy to take a club like Hearts of Oak to its deserving place and as a new coach he will definitely need their support to succeed.

“I will urge them to keep supporting us because Hearts of Oak is a big club.

“I am a new coach and I believe it is not easy to bring the team to the level they [supporters] all want just like that.

“Definitely, the boys would have to come to terms with my philosophy and tactics. It could take them [players] some time but gradually we will get there so all that we need is their support.”

Hearts of Oak currently sit on the 3rd position with 33 points while Karela United also sit on the 5th position with 33 points on the league log.
