Ghana International Samuel Inkoom has sealed a deal with Bulgarian side Dunav Ruse.

The right-back penned a short term deal with the top flight side waiting to be unveiled after a successful training spell with the team on Monday.

The 29-year-old was banned in 2017 by the World Football governing body for a breach of contract with his agent Andrew Evans for failing to pay his part of the transfer fees to Dnipro from FC Basal in 2014.

He was free to return to the field after the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) lifted the ban on him early this year.

Samuel Inkoom was part of the Black Satellites team that made history as the first African country to win the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2009.

He also represented Ghana in two different FIFA World Cups (2010 in South Africa and 2014 in Brazil).
