Gyamfi, who joined Croatian side Dinamo Zagreb last summer is yet to feature for the club this season.

The 19-year-old left former English Premier League champions Leicester after he rejected their offer of a new contract in order to seek new opportunities and regular playing time.

He provided one assist in 24 U18 appearances for Leicester City last term.

Rangers captain James Tavernier is the only right-back in the first-team set-up and Steven Gerrard is reportedly interested in securing Gyamfi on loan as a back up.

The Teddy Bears are 19 points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership table following their 1-0 win over rivals Celtic in the Old Firm derby at Ibrox last Saturday.
