Serbian coach Slavko Matic has reportedly dragged Hearts of Oak to the world football governing body (FIFA) over unfair treatment.

The 46-year-old who replaced Samuel Boadu at the helm of affairs for the Phobians was attacked and prevented from training prior to their clash with Asante Kotoko.

Upon official complaint, Matic was advised to stay away from the club and has since missed the club’s last three matches.

Matic has left the shores of Ghana for his native Serbia

According to reports in the local media, the Serbian trainer has hired astute lawyer Cristobal Martell to begin process in a bid to drag the Ghanaian giants to FIFA.

It is said Hearts of Oak forced Slavko Matic to resign whilst the coach has nothing amiss. The club also failed to comply with the rules and regulations in Matic’s contract with the club, which led to the cancellation of his deal.

The 46-year-old is however, demanding around 2 million dollars (Gh¢24,777,680.00) as compensation and other benefits.

Matic supervised 8 games as head coach since his arrival where has 5 victories, 2 draws, and losing 1 game in all competitions.
