Serie A GERSON AND CHRISTIAN NORGAARD JOINS FIORENTINA
ACF Fiorentina is pleased to announce the signing of Gerson Santos Da Silva, 21, on loan from A.S. Roma.
The Brazilian forward, born in Belford Roxo on 20 May 1997, made 31 appearances for the Giallorossi in all competitions last season, scoring two goals.
Gerson has also collected ten caps for Brazil at U20 level.
ACF Fiorentina can also confirm the acquisition of Christian Thers Norgaard from Brondby IF on a permanent transfer.
The 24-year-old midfielder – born in Copenhagen on 10 March 1994 – made 41 appearances for Brondby last season and scored two goals. He also has 27 Denmark U21 caps to his name.
Norgaard will sign a four-year contract with the club.
