Black Stars B skipper Shafiu Mumuni is among four key players set to part ways with Ghana Premier League side Ashanti Gold ahead of the start of the new season, Footballghana.com can report.

The quintet namely Shafiu Mumuni, Latif Anabila, James Akaminko, Yussif Mubarik are on the verge of leaving the club for RS Berkane in Morocco in the on-going transfer window.

Moroccan giants RS Berkane are reportedly expressed interest in signing four senior players from Ashanti Gold SC as they augment their squad for next season.

A report filed by Kumasi FM stated that RS Berkane have officially written to the Ghana Premier League side to enquire about the availability of the four players.

It is believed that the Moroccan side shown interest in landing the four players for their next season's campaign following their impressive displays in the Caf Confederation Cup.
