Celebrated dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, known in real life as Charles Nii Armah Mensah has urged fans to meet him at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday to cheer Legon Cities FC to a win over Asante Kotoko.
Formerly known as Wa All Stars, the Royal club is set to come up against the Porcupine Warriors in a Match Week 2 fixture of the Ghana Premier League tomorrow.
As a way of giving fans side attraction on the matchday, Legon Cities FC announced on Wednesday that popular dancehall artiste Shatta Wale will perform at the match venue to thrill fans with his hit songs.
In a tweet by Shatta Wale, he has called on fans to visit the Accra Sports Stadium on the Matchday to back Legon Cities FC to victory.
His post read, “Let’s all meet at the Accra Sports stadium this Friday to cheer on Legon Cities FC to a win”.
The match between Legon Cities FC and Asante Kotoko will kick-off at 18:00gmt.
